This is a story about a young girl who went through what Rosa Parks is known for, but this young girl went through it a year earlier. She was arrested and mistreated for not giving up her bus seat to a white lady. When the time came for her to speak up, she had gotten pregnant and chose to stay away from spot light. It tells of the segregated life during the 50’s.
