Book Fiesta! Is a bilingual picture book.  It has some writing that is translated into Spanish.  It is about celebrating kids.  An idea built on the fact that Mexico has such a day (April 30^th).  The author did add the celebration of books.  The pictures are brightly colored and catch the eye.  It is nice to celebrate books.
